Area Report:
Not much new to report. One groomer went out last night and hit most of the main trails across our system. Reports from riders today were trails were holding up. The lake effect snow machine has been going all day. Not much accumuation from it. One minute it looks like a blizzard out there, then it slows down to a lazy snow flurry. Been enough to whiten up the dirt spots.
I’ll be going out later tonight and spot grooming on the east side. We will look at it again tomorrow and see what needs to be hit again. At this time, we are above our grooming cap, so by sending one unit out and hitting the areas that need it, we are trying to keep the costs down. Enjoy the trails now, the latest we can be open is March 31st.
