Good Condition on average

Yep it warmed up yesterday but the trails held. Only “burn throughs” were a few road crossing.  2 good things today lower temps & CLOUDY.  Let you know what we experienced after the Trails Groomed Report.

In Eagle River Sno-Eagle trails the following trails were groomed overnight:

*10E – East of Eagle River to including 9MI section – section between Loon Lk & Bloom Rds not groomed
*City Trail – From Trig’s Shell to Bloom Rd connect with 10E
*Chanticleer Trail
*10/13 through town from the Groom Barn to Trail 70W/7N
*70W to the St. Germain turn around
*Uncle Kent Trail off of Hwy G
*13N to Bauer’s turn around(Conover)
*10W on the west side of the Wisconsin River Bridge trail to 7N
*7 to Sayner turn around

The following trails are not groomed due to potential slush.  Experienced riders only:

*Wisconsin River Trail aka 10W/13N
*Manske Swamp aka Trail3N
*Loon Lk & Bloom Rds section of 10E(use City/Trig’s Trl to Bloom Rd)
*Trail 17S from Trail 7 aka Paintball Field to the Sugar Camp trails

Catfish & Eagle Lake Trails are NOT MARKED.  So I’d wait before crossing

Rode yesterday heading out around 11am heading east from Nobbe’s North on Trail 10E.  All of Trail 10E in Eagle River & Three Lake/Brule Trails were very good to excellent.  From the Trail 10E/6W connect trail were rough in spots.  Parts are groomed frozen slush areas not groomed.   Took 6 to Trail 17 connect. Trail 17 heading south saw grooming in highland areas only. Manske Swamp aka 3N was not groomed but not bad. Mostly frozen slush. Trail 13 heading toward Eagle River was good into town.  In town trails snow covered & good.  Trail 70W groomed to Lincoln Town Hall.  From there rough (frozen slush areas) until coming out by the hair salon.  Good all the way to the 70W/17S intersection.  Trail 17S is Fair until the section that runs along Hwy 17S.  First section has had some grooming.  From Trail 17S/7 intersection heading south trail is very rough. Trail 3S/Alt13 was very good all the way to the 10E turn off.  Section from Loon Lk Rd to Bloom Rd rough.  10E all the way home was good to very good.

THINK COLD & SNOW!  See ya on the trails!

Have a great day!
