SNOWMOBILE TRAILS IN EAGLE RIVER
Good to Fair Conditions

The wintery mix yesterday didn’t bring much precip.  Some mist & some SNOW.  High for today has been reached. 5 for a low tonight. Teens for highs for the next couple of days.  Cold over night.  Riding should be GOOD!

Plenty of grooming overnight. Pretty much the entire system according to Groomer Tracking Systems showing the following trails were groomed over the last 24 hours:

10/13 from the groomer barn heading south thru town down 3/Alt13 south to Three Lakes trails connect

10E from left off “the grade” completely to the east connect with Three Lakes entirely.  Including 9MI & GrampGrahm/aka 1.

10/13 from the groomer barn heading north all the way to the Conover connect

3N aka Manske Swamp

17N from Chain o’ Lakes Rd to Columbus Rd

1 to the Eagle Lake Boat Launch (lake not open at this point)

13N from Croker Rd to Bauer’s Dam turn around

10W/13N east & west side trail to the approaches to the Wisconsin River Bridge. Not the bridge area

Uncle Kent’s

70W to the St. Germain turn around

7 aka Paintball field to Hwy H

17S to Sugar Camp turn around

Caution Areas

17S from 17/7aka Paintball Field intersection to the Sugar Camp connect.  This area is improving as Club has been packing snow into the wet mushy areas to firm up. Several rough & mushy sections.  Was groomed in last 24 hours.

Section of 10/13 from Hwy G to Adams Rd – this area had water & mushy/muddy areas.  The Club is also working on this area packing snow in to firm up. Rough sections. Was groomed in last 24 hours.

Wisconsin River Bridge aka 10W/13N – frozen but very icy under snow.  Grooming of the eastside trail & westside trails(Deep Lk Rd). No grooming across bridge due to conditions so expect rough & potential for soft spots.

Catfish & Eagle Lake Trails are NOT MARKED.  Please stay off.  A group is checking periodically for ice depth & slush.  Stay tuned.

THINKING COLD & DOIN’ THE SNOW DANCE!

Busy week with no riding.  Riding tomorrow! See you on this trails!
