Area Report:

Trails Good to Excellent Condition

6-8 inches of new wet SNOW yesterday!  Groomers out grooming & trails are in GOOD TO EXCELLENT CONDITION! SNOWING lightly now with forecast of 1 more inch today.

Rode a little over 100 miles yesterday during the SNOW.  Rode from east to Eagle River,  to Conover, to Land o’ Lakes, to Phelps & to Alvin/Nelma section of Three Lakes Trails. Then home.  ALL WERE GOOD TO VERY GOOD even without grooming!

The trails we rode: Trails 10E, Eagle Lake Trail, 13N, 6E, 10/6E, 6E, 10E

Catfish Lake Loop & Eagle Lake Trail are OPEN & safe by the orange reflective barrels. No surface slush along the orange barrels on Eagle Lake.

All trails were groomed in Eagle River except Trail 10E which will be groomed today.

Manske Swamp area of Trail 3 and WI River Bridge area of Trail 10W/13N also not groomed.  Still concerns that the grooming equipment is too heavy to travel through until more freezing of those areas goes on.

As you ride keep the Emergency 3 Digit Numbers in mind.  If you need assistance with an emergency call 911 & give them the most recent number you saw.  This helps dispatch pin point your location.
