Catfish & Eagle Lake Trails are NOT MARKED.  Good to stay off.  Sure there’s surface slush on top of the snow.

Road only about 60 miles yesterday, Wednesday. Beautiful ride with all the snow hanging on the trees.   10E to Eagle River freshly groomed & good riding until the Bloom Lk Rd to Loon Lk Rd section. Frozen slush & rough.  “Grade” Alt 13 heading to town well ridden. Thru town good riding.  North on 10/13 good until dog leg turn of “grade” section to Adams Rd.  That section has 3 bad spots. Rest of 13 up to Conover connect to 3 well ridden.  3 to 8 heading west.  Quick lunch at Burnt Bridge.  8W to Sayner/Eagle River/St. Germain 7S toward St. Germain. Good riding through there for most part. St. Germain trail 70 heading east to Eagle River trail 70 all the way back to Eagle River. Good to Fair riding.  Took City trail which uses Tamarack St to behind Dollar Tree & O’Reilly to Trig’s Shell & back on trail to Bloom Rd.
