Hello Snowmobilers!

We are set up for a great weekend! Sawyer County trails are open with a 6″ base and we received approximately 6″ of fresh snow this week and more in the forecast this weekend. Groomers have been out running all week grooming and panning and the trails are great!

There is one exception to the lakes, Lake Hayward has open water under the bridge along Hwy 77 and near the Market Place entrance, the entrance areas have been roped off so please for your safety, stay off of Lake Hayward.

Trail 36 from Flambeau to Price Co line  is rerouted back to the old trail along Hwy W.

Trail Closures:

Trail 63 north of Seeley from Bodecker Rd to Bayfield Co line is CLOSED

Trail 5/27 from Tuscobia south to Rusk Co line is CLOSED.

Trail 6 from Tuscobia by Ojibwa north to the Chippewa Flowage, also CLOSED.

As always… thank you to the club members and volunteers for their hard work and to you for visiting and enjoying Sawyer County!
