Date of Report: February 22, 2023
Area Report:

Well, thanks to all of you who were doing the snow Dance.  Here i Phelps we picked up around 3″ on Monday night and around 1″ last night.  The big snow starts today!  8″-12″+ are forecasted!  This should make for a great weekend of riding here in Phelps.  It may take some time for the groomers to get all the trails into shape so be patiant.  Also use caution on the trails.  The snow we are to get is very fluffy with little moisture.  What that means is that it won’t pack very good.  Mix that with the solid ice base , corners and hills may be very slick.  I hope to have a better update as the week plays out.  Check back often for updates.  Please, “Ride Right”!  Stay to the right, stay on the trail, ride with-in your limatations, watch your speed and don’t drink and drive.  We all want you to have a safe and enjoyable time on the trails.
